Ken Veeder (1919-1992) was responsible for some of the truly great album covers of his era. He photographed may great artists: Frank Sinatra including the "Wee Small Hours" cover, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Peggy Lee, The L.A. Philharmonic, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald to name few some of the great few. It was like going to a museum to spend an afternoon having home show you his slides -- and he said they were the "culls." I was privileged to be the last person he photographed before he died.
